I spent years searching for confidence and happiness—believing that once I had them, I would finally feel successful and fulfilled.
But deep down, I was constantly doubting myself. No matter what I achieved, it never felt like enough.
So I searched for answers. I invested in therapy, learning, and growth. Yet even then, the self-doubt didn’t fully go away.
Everything began to change when I started studying psychology—not as a career at first, but out of curiosity.
That’s when I discovered something powerful:
Simple, consistent practices can actually reshape the way we think and feel.
They can activate the brain’s natural chemistry—like dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin—helping us feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident.
But I couldn’t find a journal that truly explained how to practice this effectively, and real, science-backed methods.
So I created it.
