Who Is This Journal For?
  • Anyone looking to build strong, healthy confidence
There are three types of confidence: low, inflated high, and healthy.
    • Low confidence keeps people stuck in past negative experiences, replaying doubts and failures.
    • Inflated high confidence relies on constant comparison—without success, achievements, or validation from others, self-worth crumbles.
    • Healthy confidence is rooted in the present. It doesn’t depend on material things or external approval. It’s the deep belief that you are worthy and capable, no matter the circumstances.
  • Those who want to develop a supportive inner dialogue
Without a healthy and supportive inner dialogue, building true confidence is nearly impossible. This journal helps you recognize and reframe self-doubt, quiet the inner critic, and replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. By shifting the way you speak to yourself, you’ll cultivate the self-trust and resilience needed to believe in yourself and take action toward your goals.
  • Individuals seeking self-reflection and personal growth
Self reflection. When you go to therapist they keep asking questions. It helps them to analyze what holds you. Self reflection is must find out what’s going inside you.
Hi, I’m Zhanar
I’ve been on this journey myself. I spent three years in therapy, but I wish I had known earlier how important it was to work on self-criticism. It would have saved me years of ineffective healing. ❤️‍🩹
If your goal is to become the best version of yourself—whether that means building a loving family, landing a high-paying job, starting your own business, or simply living without constant anxiety—know this: you don’t need to “fix” your past or your parents, and nothing is wrong with you. It’s just that your inner critic has taken control.
For years, I kept changing my startup ideas, rewriting business plans, never feeling they were “good enough.” Until I realized what was truly holding me back—self-doubt and unrealistic expectations. Sometimes, we overestimate our abilities, thinking success should come instantly. Other times, we underestimate ourselves and never start. But confidence isn’t about knowing everything. It’s about believing you can learn, adapt, and grow.
You can achieve anything—as long as you set realistic expectations, give yourself time to learn, and practice healthy self-discipline. And to do all that, you need healthy confidence. That’s why I created this journal—to help you build it.
